Tom is a graduate of the National College of Art and Design in Ireland. After his years of tuition studying under Ireland's accomplished artists, he devoloped a free flowing style using his own unique combination of colors and brushwork. He is best known for his paintings of horses and his portraits of people.

He has exhibited widely throughout Ireland and his work is in many public and corporate collections.
